This section covers all features available in the Publish web application.
Content Management
- Dashboard - Your home screen with templates and device groups
- Media Library - Upload and manage images
- Scripts - Create playlists from media items
- Templates - Build reusable content configurations
Device Management
- Device Groups - Manage collections of display devices
- Devices - Monitor and control individual devices
- Stores - Organize locations
Administration
- Settings - Company settings, team management, and preferences
- Notifications - System alerts and updates
Navigation
All features are accessible from the top navigation bar. On mobile devices, some navigation elements move to a hamburger menu.
Desktop Navigation
- Publish logo - Return to Dashboard
- Media - Open Media Library
- Scripts - Open Scripts page
- Upload button (arrow icon) - Open media upload dialog
- User avatar - Opens dropdown menu with:
- Theme selector (light/dark/system)
- Current company name
- Switch company (if you belong to multiple)
- Notifications (with unread count badge)
- Company Settings (admin only)
- Log out
A red notification dot appears on the user avatar when you have unread notifications.
Mobile Navigation
- Publish logo - Return to Dashboard
- Upload button (arrow icon) - Open media upload dialog
- User avatar - Opens user menu dialog with theme, company, notifications, settings, and logout options
- Hamburger menu (☰) - Opens navigation menu with Media and Scripts links
