Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central hub in Publish, displaying all your templates and device groups at a glance.

Layout

The Dashboard shows two sections side by side:

  • Templates (left) - Reusable content configurations
  • Device groups (right) - Active display device collections

Each item displays as a card with its name and sync status. Sections load more items automatically as you scroll (on desktop) or via a “Load more” button (on mobile).

Type in the search box to filter both templates and device groups. Search matches against:

  • Template and device group names
  • Store names
  • Store addresses

Results update as you type, with a debounce to reduce unnecessary requests.

Filters

Click the Filter button to open the filter dropdown. The button shows a badge with the number of active filter categories (up to 2: one for sync status, one for store).

Sync Status Filter

Filter items by their synchronization state using multi-select checkboxes:

Store Filter

Filter device groups by their store location using the dropdown. Select “All stores” to show items from all locations.

Applying Filters

  • Click Apply to apply your filter selections
  • Click Clear to remove all active filters (only appears when filters are active)

Filter selections are preserved in the URL, so you can bookmark or share filtered views.

Actions

Create Template

Click the Create new template card in the Templates section to start building a new template.

View Item

Click any template or device group card to open its editor.

Permissions

All authenticated users can view the Dashboard. Creating and editing items requires appropriate permissions based on your role.
