Devices
Devices are the physical display screens (TVs, monitors, digital signs) that show your content. Each device belongs to a device group.
Device Status Page
Monitor all your devices from a single view.
Navigate to: Visit directly, or click a “Device Status Report” notification if you have offline devices
Status Summary
At the top, a summary card shows:
- Needs Attention - Number of devices that are offline or haven’t synced recently
- Critical - Devices that haven’t synced for over 24 hours
- Online & Synced - Number of devices currently connected and up to date
If all devices are online and synced, you’ll see an “All Devices Online” message instead.
Critical Alert
When devices have been offline for more than 24 hours, a critical alert banner appears with guidance to check connectivity and power.
Devices by Store
Below the summary, devices needing attention are grouped by store location. Each store section shows:
- Store name and device count
- Device groups within that store (clickable links to device group pages)
- Individual devices with both their connection status and sync status
For each device, you’ll see:
- Online/Offline indicator - Shows real-time connection status (Wifi icon for online, WifiOff icon for offline)
- Last synced time - Shows when the device last fetched content (e.g., “2 hours ago”, “3 days ago”, “Never synced”)
Critical devices (haven’t synced for 24+ hours) are highlighted in red with an X icon. Non-critical devices show an orange warning icon. Click any device name to open its detail page.
Refresh Status
Click Refresh Status to update the page with the latest device status information.

- Devices are shown on this page if they’re offline OR haven’t synced within the configured threshold (default: 48 hours)
